I forgot my password

Please contact your school administrator to reset your password.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for the Maple Bear Thailand app in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Maple Bear Thailand. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Maple Bear Thailand > Notifications.

How do I change my language?

Open the app, go to your Profile tab, and select your preferred language (English, Thai, or Chinese).

The app is not loading

Please check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it from the App Store or Google Play.

Delete Account

To delete your account, please contact your school administrator directly. Your profile and credentials will be deleted. Message history may be retained per school policy.
